GM Application

MY Name Is Carlos.
My Account is Fokash And my IGN is Axel.
I can be on weekdays at 9am~12am or 6pm~10pm Eastern Time. (Rest of the time goes to Practicing with my band)
I played JMS for about 3 weeks while i was on vacation there in 2005 (I couldn't understand anyone >.<) And i have played GMS since the BETA came out until about a year ago. Thats about 3 years, and i reached level 115.
I played Live-Ms and became quite friendly with some of the Gms until Ash (the owner) accepted my request and allowed me to be a Gm, Although it was short lived because for those of you who don't know Nexon forced the close of Live-Ms and threatened to sue us. I guess that means i have a bit of experience in dealing with Nexon and their lawyers from Allen & Ovary.

Random Scenario: *A player is using profanity towards you [cussing] what do you do?* First of all i would have to distinguish if it was someone joking around, then I would ask him/her to cease in his/her actions. Afterwards I would wait for a reaction, one of understanding would be the most appropriate. However if the fellow player does not cease in his actions the consequences would come thereafter depending on what is accepted by the owner of the Server. (Different owners want things handled differently.)

Other Information: I am a High School Senior with 17 years of age, Residing in New York City Downtown metropolitan area. I am #28 out of 5,000 students in my high school (its impossible to be 27 or higher because those kids have marks exceeding 100 >.>). Also i have experience with creating an Ms server (Ours never really hit it off because we were unheard of and running on a home server.)
